About Jim Chaput
My name is Jim Chaput I have been an artist all my life. I spent my working life teaching high school art and shop classes.
I have always been fascinated by the notion of serendipity. How does serendipity and totally unexplained events happen in our lives that usually impacts our lives for the better? This is what I am striving to show in my digital abstract composite images and Acrylic paintings. My use of bold and dramatic colors shows energy fields of different realities that surround normal appearing objects in our everyday life.
It is my hope that by using these techniques viewers of my images will return to a place of wonderment, beauty, and peace in their daily lives.
